Let’s be clear: the ABS GoldGrid Bot is not a safe trading system. It’s an aggressive scalping bot designed exclusively for Gold (XAUUSD), built on a martingale + grid strategy.
This approach can generate rapid profits, but it also carries a real risk of wiping out your account in a single bad run.
So how should it be used—and what’s the solution? You’ll find the full guidelines in the ABS GoldGrid Manual.
- Capital Allocation: Operates with structured money management tailored for XAUUSD on H1.
- Profit Target: Designed to aim for a growth milestone of around +25% on the starting balance.
- Profit Withdrawal: The profit-taking process is explained in detail in the User Guide (see product description).
- Cycle Repetition: Once the target is reached and secured, the cycle can be repeated under the same principle.

after buying did i see this " Important: Use a broker with GMT+3 time zone. The bot’s entries are time-based, and if your broker uses a different server time, the signals won’t line up correctly." why make a parameter to adjust based on server time?

Hi there! My account follows the IC Markets server time zone.
The bot is built based on that time zone, and the option to change it isn’t available in this version. We’ll add it in the next update.
When build this, we’ve kept it simple to make the setup process as easy as possible. Thank you in advance!

Do you pause the bot for the week when it hits that 20% profit/withdrawal target or do you let it run further and just withdraw the 20%?
Hi Marvin, we keep the bot trading continuously. On IC Markets, when we request a withdrawal, the withdrawn amount will immediately be separated into a funding balance and will just wait for support to process it. So, trading can continue without any pause.
However, if your broker processes withdrawal slower, then it is totally fine to pause trading and wait 1–2 days for the broker to complete the withdrawal request, then resume trading again. It’s up to you and how your broker handles it.
