dear all if someone can help i appreciate replying me.

i am getting " tester can't upload Batman" , yet it is working on 1 account, but on one account only .

and,
another thing; when i clicked update (on the other account, where batman cant be uploaded) batman got replaced by the new version and asked me to pay to have it working,

can't i get the new version without additional payments?!, if not how do i retrieve the old one please?
