I think it's wonderful.
In testing over the last 18 hours, I noticed the equity spiked up, but dropped and closed with losses.
I saw the equity spike up to $80 in floating profit, on 10c lotsize, but then dropped overnight to close with -$55 losses. I haven't set up tracking for this account yet, so that's all I noticed and I was away from the computer during sleep etc.
Could you add a Trailing SL to this program? I think it would make it fantastic.

Hello. A trailing stop exit is already built into the EA logic. Fact is that breakout and trend following strategies in general work best on higher time frames and on a longer time span. The typical equity curve of a trend following system is more volatile compared to a mean reversion one. On the other side a trend following system usually gain more in the long term. This should let us evaluate a trend following system on longer periods and by looking more at the average equity line rather than at the tops. Evaluation by metrics such as the ones in the MT Tester reports are also useful to establish the appropriate position size. Frequent optimizations of any strategy is mandatory to keep EA in sync with the market, see https://www.metatrader5.com/en/terminal/help/algotrading/strategy_optimization
Also mind that any strategy work better when run on a portfolio of low correlated markets and trend following works especially well when run on an high number of different markets.

Once You get the back test report with enough trades You can have an idea of a possible outcome and adjust Your trade size in lots/mini/micro to reflect Your expected max drawdown and performance according to the report's metrics.

Optimization back testing is mandatory to find the optimal parameters for the market and time frame You trade https://www.metatrader5.com/en/terminal/help/algotrading/strategy_optimization
With an optimization back test You can have an idea on the trading frequency expected per strategy.
Higher trading frequency is better achieved trading more markets and different time frames rather then trading one market on lower time frames.
Using the back test report data (win rate and win/loss ratio) You can asses Your optimal risk per trade and expectancy.
