Hello I have two questions. There is a difference in performance between the publicly available live signals FXMachine All and the total of individual currency pairs, but is there a difference in settings such as MaxDrawDown? Also, if I increase the MaxDrawDown value, will the IN and OUT timings themselves remain the same, just by increasing the number of lots?

Hello! Yes, there is a difference in the parameters of “MaxDrawDown” option between the mentioned accounts. For that reason the results vary. In case of increasing the value of this option only the lot sizes get changed, but the strategy remains the same. With the default settings, FXMachine sets the recommended lot sizes automatically based on the amount of account balance and risk set for trading in the “MaxDrawDown” option.
jimdog #: Why the signal for all pairs is now deleted?
Hello! The mentioned live account is okay. There were short-term technical difficulties on our side related to the investor password, but now everything has been restored. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Even when operating multiple pairs, there is no problem with the same magic number, but there is a difference in behavior when multiple pairs are operated with the same magic number in Automatic mode and when they are operated with different magic numbers. Is it possible?

Hello! No, that is not possible. There is no difference whether the robot works in the automatic mode or using manual settings. Magic numbers can be the same, but only in case of trading on different currency pairs. If you trade on one currency pair, then yes, each copy of the robot installed on the same currency pair in one MT (for example, you have 2 USDCAD charts, but with different settings) must have different magic numbers, so that the robot would not start working with orders other than its own. Also, magic numbers should not match with other robots on your account, so that another EA does not interfere with the work of our robot.
Joshep The Trader #: Hi Alexander i notice that the signal of FXMACHINE ALL PAIRS had a big loose like 300%, what happend?
Hello! The mentioned loss was caused by SL on EURUSD. It was not 300%, but 25% from our current deposit. The risk on our account was 25% and that’s exactly the amount we lost. The drawdown control system reliably protected our account balance. Thanks to a profit from other pairs, the EA should recover the loss fast. In our opinion, the EURUSD strategy is not as stable compared to the other three, but in one of the future updates we will optimise the EA.
EVGENII NEMTUROV #: Здравствуйте. Скажите, пожалуйста, какие настройки риска вы используете на счете FXMachine All и когда будет оптимизация EURUSD?
Hello! The current risk on the mentioned live account is 25% per pair. As for the optimisation, right now we analyse everything. Possibly we will release an update in a couple of weeks. But you should understand that SL is normal for any system, the question is only when it will happen and whether you earn more than the number of SLs you get. But of course, we are working to make sure that there are as few such situations as possible.
As for the time frame, in case of using the default settings, you can set any time frame, since it is integrated into the default settings. If in doubt, use H1. If you use your own settings, then the time frame will be chosen by the EA automatically depending on the selected settings.
I am running MaxDrawDown at 20% in Automatic mode, but the lot is very small and the results are not as good as public live signals.
Is it a problem that I am using a JPY account?
I have the same issue, using icmarkets raw accounts, i was willing to post the same issue, i notice that the signal is incredibly good and recover very quickly, but i dont understand why my trades are in negative since the signals is growing and growing, plus the higher price of the EA compared with the behaviour of the EA

Hello! FXMachine works properly with JPY accounts. With the default settings, the EA sets necessary (proper) lot sizes automatically based on the risk specified for trading and account balance amount, so the lot sizes can be increased with the increase of either one. There is also a possibility to trade with the manually specified first lot sizes in "Use Manual Lot" mode. In this mode the EA uses the default settings, but the first lot size can be specified manually by a user.

Hello! I’m not sure I understand the problem you are facing when you say “my trades are in negative”. But if you mean that your open trades are in a loss, then it is completely normal for almost any strategy to have trades in a loss for a while. It doesn't mean that they will stay that way, the EA should close the strategy in total profit at the right moment.
