EA needs repairing

IT"S MQL4 not MQL5 sorry bout that
 

I have a EA that trades from highs to lows.

It has the following errors

- Ordersend #4062 / Ordersend function must be a string

- Incorrect orders (on open chart) sometimes when an order is opened it's closed in an irrelevant spot. Not the stop not the target I have tested extensively to see if it's part of my entry parameters / due to spread / slippage and this is not the case. 

- Stop losses not being obeyed, seems to close where it wants to not at ym set stop loss value in pips (fixed) 

- Opposite band function not working (I have 3 targets, opposite band i.e if entry is high opposite band is low, moving average through the middle, target percentage (also not working) )

- I currently have hours as true or false I want them to be optimisable.

- When I use the open chart function I get the RSI opening up I don't understand why it's not a part of my EA.

- Target percentage not working does not stop at stop (i.e. if stop is 30 pips it closes between 29 pips or less or wherever it wants. Obviously broker obeys stop)
- Does not close at target closes where it wants. 

- Also had this error MATOUCH ERROR #1002-4062 Could not open LONG

 I want to start running this as soon as possible.

My broker is Axitrader and I have data valid until the 30th Nov 2012.

Any ideas comments / offers welcomed.

ENGLISH preferable.
