Custom Indicator to measure moves/candlesticks away from certain moving averages

I had an indicator built with what I needed a few years ago, I would like a cleaner updated version of this indicator possibly with an installer.

I need the indicator to count candlesticks between time the chart touches a moving average.  For example, it will keep a running total of "87 bars since last touch of the moving average" along those lines.

I would also like it to count pips, example: how far the candlesticks are away from the moving average.  

So I'd like something that can have data displayed on the chart in the upper right hand corner that says "80 bars since last touch and 55 pips away from moving average" 

These are just examples but that is what i'm looking for.  If you can help me, please message me.
