Create an EA which full trade function

Hello Coder,

I need and EA which have full trade function ready to use for strategies. (note : Run in mt4 aka MQL4)

I will need all this function ready  --> http://docs.mql4.com/trading/ordersend. (all 25 function)

When this EA is created, i will pass the EA to my partner for inserting the strategies. The inserted strategies will call those needed function and pass those variable to above ready function for execution. Since there is many coders in this community which already create many EAs, I believe they have those ready template which have all those functiona ready in hand, i hope any coders could make this trade function available for me.
