I am looking for an experienced MQL5 developer who can BOTH research trading strategies and develop a commercial-quality MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor.
This is NOT simply a coding job.
The developer is free to choose the trading logic, indicators, entry method, exit method, timeframe architecture and strategy type.

Must remain profitable or demonstrate clearly positive long-term expectancy.
Profitable years:
Preferably >= 70-80% of tested years.
Trade sample:
Must contain enough trades for meaningful statistical analysis.
Profit should be reasonably distributed across different years, quarters and market conditions.
The EA does NOT need to make profit every month.
Moderate, stable returns are preferred over extremely high returns with large risk.

Important parameters must be tested for sensitivity.
The strategy should not depend on one exact parameter combination.
Important parameters should be tested approximately:

and where appropriate

around the selected values.
The surrounding parameter region should remain reasonably stable.
A single narrow optimized peak surrounded by losing parameter combinations will be considered overfitting.

The developer must not resell or repackage the completed EA as the same commercial product.

18. PAYMENT / FINAL ACCEPTANCE

No partial payment, advance payment or external payment will be made.
All payment must remain within the official MQL5 Freelance system.
FINAL WORK ACCEPTANCE will occur only after ALL required deliverables have been uploaded to the MQL5 Freelance Order and verified by the Customer.
Before Final Work Acceptance, the Customer must be able to:
1. Receive the complete MQ5/MQH source code.
2. Compile the complete source successfully.
3. Run the EA independently.
4. Reproduce the agreed backtests.
5. Verify the agreed robustness tests.
6. Verify the risk-management functions.
7. Verify there are no missing source dependencies.
8. Verify there is no DLL or external license dependency.
9. Verify compliance with this Requirements Specification.
Providing only EX5 files, screenshots, videos, remote demonstrations or historical backtest images does NOT constitute Final Work Acceptance.
The Customer will not confirm Final Work Acceptance until the complete project has been delivered and the agreed acceptance criteria have been verified.
