EA request for MQL 4

I am new to Forex, but like to get in contact with a programmer to make an EA with some funktions
to trade in any currency pair , in any timeframe by choice, possible pips settings from 5 to -> pips,
lock at changes(a trailingstop EA I think), change from BUY to SELL / SELL to BUY in certain situations.
