Need EA for Backtesting in PRO REAL TIME ( NOT MT4 NOT MT5)

Hi.

So i need code / program in PRT ( pro real time )  i believe its called breakout strategy ..to calculate 15min Candles highs and lows,  after that candle closes, i need an orders above and below that candle

Risk Management : i wanna use 1% of whole balance per trade

Reward 3:1

entry padding 1 point SL padding 1 point

opening times :  16:00  so it  should calculate highs and lows of 15:45 - 16:00 candle . and do orders at 16:00

Close time :  15:45 , i want all pending orders or active trades to be closed at this time ( i wanna change time in a future)

Market  DAX40 

For Example :

15:45   15 min candle opens,   16:00 that candle closes, so it has to do pending orders above and below that candle with 3:1 reward ratio  and 1% of whole balance.

if the trade is still running next day, i want it to be closed at 15:45
