Option trading automation

I need a developer who can create a robot to buy specified option lots when the following conditions met
1) when the option prices are increasing across the strikes on sell side or buy side.

2)Price of the stock in started increasing or decreasing.

3) Open Interest(OI) of ATM and OTM (may be ITM) call or put are decreasing .

4) Open Interest(OI) future contract increasing and decreasing.

5) Need to check majority of the option contracts are sold on the offer price

6) When option sellers are on rise , sell the contract
