Executing trades from WEB REST API

Hello, we need an extension/EA for MetaTrader 4.

We are going to provide forex signals and we need to get the trades from our website and place the trades in MetaTrader.

We are going to use Restful JSON API for this purpose. When the user installs the extension he must be asked about his license key which he should enter in the extension options.

Then the extension should make a request to our API to confirm whether the license is valid. After the license has been confirmed, the extension has to make a request every 5 minutes to our API to check if there are new trades or updates to existing trades.

If there are new trades the extension should place a new trade in the user's account, if the entry price of the trade is within the slippage range (which will also be provided by the API), only then the trade should be executed. If there is an update to a running trade, the extension should update the trade this means moving the stop loss or take profit, or 3rd case - closing the trade.
