If this about a product purchased from MQL5.com Market, you can cancel it through your purchases, if you haven't installed and activated it yet.

If this is about a MQL5 VPS subscription purchase, you can cancel it within 24 hours and get an automatic refund to your MQL5 account, by going to your MQL5 VPS >> Cancel subscription.

In any case you can't transfer funds from one MQL5 account to another, and more importantly you shouldn't have more than 1 MQL5 accounts, its against MQL5.com rules.

I logged into the Meta platform online using my Google account, but I didn’t realize that the terminal ID was different and made the purchase. Because of this, I had to purchase it again.
