在交易中，價差決定著我們交易盈利空間的大與小。
價格的波動隨時間的流逝而發生，而價差的產生來源於價格的波動。
在已發生在特定的時間段內，價格波動上下高低點空間（價差）也是固定的。
同樣的，對於未發生的特定時間段，當未來這個時間段完成時，
價差依然是固定的，而價差值的大小，取決於我們選取時間段的長短。
再者次數決定方向！外匯交易中，方向決定我們交易的對錯，
正確方向的價差帶來盈利，反之，錯誤方向的價差產生虧損。
因此，方向的判斷成為我們外匯交易中第一個必須確定的因素。
但是，方向不是一個完整的量，不可量化，
其本身的特性決定在其產生之前是不能夠被確定的。
隨著時間不斷被消耗，價格不停發生波動，生成 K 線
K 線的排列體現價格的漲跌。
在已發生的特定時間段內，陽線和陰線會產生特定的排列，
這些排列的次數是固定的。
同樣的，對於未發生的特定時間段，
當未來這個時間段完成時，陽線和陰線也將產生固定次數的排列。
因此，方向的漲跌變化是可以通過次數來確定，
時間周期越長，方向變化次數越多。
時間周期越短，方向變化次數越少。

在特定的時間段內，方向漲跌的變化次數是固定的。
