MQL5 does not enforce any TOS against fake reviews or scammers under second/third/etc accounts. All listings are scams until proven otherwise. Scammers and MQL5 get rich off a good scam and will protect scammers. It is so lucrative they won't remove proven scammers _even if_ they do not refund you.
