**Customer Testimony and Our Commitment to Excellence**

I'm thrilled to share an amazing testimonial from one of our valued clients, MM, who has experienced firsthand the dedication and quality we strive to bring with our Expert Advisors (EAs).

---

**MM's Testimonial:**

"I am writing to share my experience with Michael Prescott Burney, an exceptionally genuine developer committed to providing some of the best Expert Advisors (EAs) available on the market. Despite encountering a few negative reviews, I believe these do not reflect the true quality and dedication Michael brings to his work, especially in creating EAs suitable for prop firms and real accounts.

Michael is relentless in his efforts to continually improve his EAs, striving to achieve nearly perfect performance with minimal to zero losses. His work has significantly changed my perspective on the market and the capabilities of trading automation in this industry.

One of Michael's standout qualities is his patience and respect in addressing client concerns. I raised several issues regarding EAs like Amnesia FX, Sunset Overdrive, and Prop Farmers Pro, and he has been incredibly supportive in ensuring that my requirements were met, even within tight deadlines. Whenever issues arose, I found that patience and clear communication were key in getting the answers I needed. Michael consistently responded thoughtfully and thoroughly.

The installation process for Michael's EAs has been straightforward, requiring only a simple plug-and-play with pre-configured risk settings, making it accessible even for those new to trading. However, I strongly recommend gaining some market experience before diving in, as understanding the market dynamics is crucial for success.

It's essential to thoroughly read the descriptions for each EA that Michael offers to determine which one best suits your trading style. Always backtest the EA, and if you find discrepancies between the backtest and real account performance, reach out to Michael with patience. He will guide you through the necessary steps to address your concerns.

I encourage potential clients to keep an open mind and not be swayed by any negative feedback. In my experience, many of these reviewers may not have taken the time to communicate their concerns with Michael. His dedication to client satisfaction and continuous improvement of his systems is unparalleled.

Ultimately, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Michael Prescott Burney for his unwavering support and commitment to excellence. His genuine concern for his clients and tireless efforts to perfect his EAs are commendable. May he continue to be blessed for his kindness and dedication to his craft.

Thank you, Michael, for always being there for your clients and for continually enhancing your systems to meet the highest standards. This is my honest review and endorsement for potential clients considering your services."

Experiences and opportunities like MM's are the real reason I started providing EAs. I focus most of my attention on customer support and continuous updates to my systems. I know a large part of the community assumes that many developers on the MQL5 storefront are looking for an easy dollar with systems that perform well in backtests but not in live markets. This is usually followed by lousy customer support and a disappearing act by the developer.

I've said it multiple times and I'll say it again: I take pride in my systems and the quality they provide. I do my best to offer the best for everyone who purchases a system from my store. I strive for the best customer service coupled with the best performance I can squeeze into my systems, offering them at fair prices so all community members can experience high-performance systems without spending their last dollar.

I am not doing this for the money. I am not out to empty anyone's pockets over falsehoods of performance or promises of profits never achieved. This customer's comment is the sole purpose I began providing EAs on the platform. What I strive to bring to the community is nothing less than honesty, transparency, and an opportunity to achieve something greater in life through the use of my algorithms. These interactions with customers and their testimonies drive me to create more, to create better, and to create more affordable trading systems for everyone.

Systems that everyone can obtain fairly easily and with confidence in the performance expectations, knowing I mean what I say. Customer support and the interactions and smiles I bring to their faces are worth more to me than any price tag I can put on any one of my systems.

Thank you to all my customers for your continued support and trust in my work.
