Notifications: failed send request [0] send request failed [12002] が頻発する

MT4からスマホへのプッシュ通知を使用しているのですが、ここ2～3週間くらい、 Notifications: failed send request [0] send request failed [12002] が高頻度で発生し、通知を送ることができなくなります。特に毎日22:30(日本時間)を過ぎると起きやすいようです。 その後、復旧できないことが多く、 Notifications: 'xxxx' not sent to ' MetaQuotesID ' が連発し、最終的には Notifications: not enough space for notification
