In a flat market condition, a little spike of up or down could range between 5 to 30 pips, so eventually your chances of winning are also 0%.
Hence in total your chance of winning under the 4 market conditions is about 12.5% and your losing chance is 87.5%.
Therefore the winning factor is 0.125 far below from the 1.5 ( the norm factor ).
