And I don't know how to solve it. I tried several ways, after the / I put the Token that Telegram from the Bot gave me but I still get that error. I put Bot before Token and the same thing.

Go to Tools, Options, Expert Advisors and check allow Webrequest for listed URL and add api.

So the MT4 by itself send a push notification.


will this EA of yours send this alert notification to the bot?

only save your tpl for folder file then change name tpl in EA config

При изменении файла шаблона графика "default.tpl" или добавлении собственного - советник не реагирует и оставляет свои заданные параметры, каждый раз возвращая цвет текста и свечей в начально запрограммированные цвета. Соответственно скриншот приходит не желаемого вида, а стандартного - как зашито в советнике. 
Так же при изменении языка в советнике, например: с "entry" на "цена" текст присылается "крякозябрами" в неверной кодировке.
