Hello I have a question, does It work on account basis or chart basis, meaning, If i place the EA only in lets say GBPJPY, if I trade the EURUSD will it also be working then?

Hi, it works on account basis. if it's attached to GBPJPY, once drawdown threshold met ,Manual Trading will be halted on the whole account.

Until:

1. GBPJPY chart opened and EA is attached on it. 

2. Also Timeframe on that chart is not changed. (as it reinitiates EA)
