Quick question, if a have it setup as lot type Auto, Lot Size 0.01 per amount of balance/equiity $100, if the balance falls bellow $100, lets say 90, will the EA still make trades? even if we are under the 100 treshold ?

You can test it and make sure. In general, yes, it will open the minimum lot
When you test the EA it does, but, look at here, it says on the chart Volume: 0.00, so im wondering if that means it wont trade because i have it as 0.01 lot per $100 and now my balance is bellow $100

Your EA going well I wondered if possible adding some setting to avoid negative swap (shoosing buy or sell only) and also time trading. (switching off trade before 23:00) ?

Hello. unfortunately no. EA works worse after rollover.
