The product can be copied in proportion to the size of the master lot (use Coeff). Or fixed lot (use UseFixLot - if "YES", a value from FixLot will be used.)

I have been doing that and that is great. But, now what now I am looking for is that when my signal provider orders 0.1 lot I have set it to change to 0.5 lot and that works great. but when my signal provider orders repeatedly 0.01 lot and it changes to 0.5 lot consistently. This creates a problem with our broker as they have to be closed in same order in which they were opened (first in and first out). To avoid this can the repeater increase the lot size by about 0.01 compared to the previous same lot that was ordered by signal provider?

Yes, it can work on several graphs simultaneously. You need to specify StMagik differently.

It is a parameter setting. I do not understand the meaning of the server account in the parameter setting. Is the server account an arbitrary number, or is it OK to put the MT4 account number? It is 0 by default, but what should I do first?

The copier copies all transactions made on the master account.
To do this, you must specify the master account number in the ServerAccount parameter.
