If an already copied trade is deleted on the slave and you try to copy it over you get a message saying "Order ______ was closed, recopy is not allowed".

Sorry for late response. MetaQuates is changing message system, and i did not see it.
For your problem add this symbol to the list
Видимо вы его переместили вручную в другую директорию. Этого не нужно делать.
Его нужно загрузить через закладку маркет и кидать на график из директории маркет.

That was message from trade server. At some reason they disabled trading. Maybe there was no connection.

Do not worry about broker. It is its job - resieving requests and respond on it.
When money will be enough they wll open deal.

I think it is a nice idea - to filter signal if there is no money. Will add such option into the next version.
Master has multiple different magic number trades that take place.
Slave has EA's that manages trades connected to multiple magic numbers.
That is the setup I want to try out.

Copier does not copy deals with magic wich was specified in parameter Do not copy deals with magic (space separated)
The opposite - copying specified magic, is not possible.

how the Slave number use for ???
If you copy from one master to several slaves accounts use Slave number for separation those slaves. It is not important but adviced.

Hi. Fee version has more options - stop loss trail, name and magic filter, copying profitable or loss deals, lot size options, copying pending orders diabling, name replacement if they are different.

Se disabilito sullo Slave lo stop loss e il take profit cosa succede????
Quando il Master raggiunge lo stop loss e chiude si chiude anche lo slave???????

If disabled they will not be set for slave deal.
After closing deal at master it will be closed at slave too. In mode Slave2 deal will not be closed.
