I have purchased this EA as it seems to do the majority of what I want.
However having played around with the settings I think there is still a bug or 2 in the programming.
Firstly I placed a pending sell order and whilst trying to adjust the SL TP lines the whole Panel disappeared off the chart. The EA was still showing as loaded top right however would not bring the panel back up (and I hadn't hit hide panel).
Secondly eventually the panel came back up (just re-appeared on it's own) and I managed to place a pending sell order, I then decided that I wanted to cancel the pending order and it wouldn't remove it from the orders panel. I had to manually cancel by clicking x in the terminal window.
Thirdly I have tried to contact the seller of the EA but it is impossible as he only allows friends to privately chat to him.
This is ridiculous!! this is why I have placed this comment here as I am unable to contact the seller directly.

Hi Mark, we have communicated last midnight. I have collected all the information from you and sent it to our programmer to check why. You are the only person so far who had this problem since the last update.
we are still waiting for the reply from the programmer. As soon as we receive replies from him, I will get back to you ASAP via telegram.

Can you elaborate by "Cancel All'? Like Close All orders?
There is a cancel order button, but not for all, just for the specific chart you are on.
Hey there! Actually, I bought this tool for the main reason that it has auto HL, HH, LL, LH, and it was very useful in understanding the market structure. However, in the last update, you removed that feature from the tool. I'm really disappointed. When I asked you about it, you mentioned that the programmer is working on it. Please let me know when we can expect the new update. ASAP

As you mentioned, we needed to test it for a week and then update it. However, up until now, we haven't received any updates. I'm very sorry to say that this has left me quite disappointed with my purchase of the product.
I am so sorry, the programmer had a family problem and emergency, so he kept delaying, yet we had paid in full. We are more than ready to test. There so many bugs, but he kept delaying until now I truly don't know what happened because he usually works so fast. If he hasn't come back to us this week, we will start using new programmer on Monday.
