Just bought Author, with level no touch candle, with zone touch candle see above pic,

question: will it send alert at level or at zone?

This is a really good question, and I will add this on the description.
In fact, both type of alerts are available.
It depends on your settings: if you are using zones, you will have alerts on the zones. If you are using levels, the alerts will occur on the level.

Dear Author, found 1 issue you see above pic, on ultimate SD m1 cannot see bottom below price, what if price break below the last support we need to know where is the next level/zone down

and on ultimate SD m5 cannot see top above price, what if price break above the resistant we need to know where is the next level/zone up, how to configure or set your ultimate SD so that it can display at least few more line above and below? please advice...

whereas you see the 3rd pic on the right i test out another author sd on m1/m5 can see top/bottom price no problem so that we can trade from level to level or zone to zone even if the break recent high or low the next level/zone is still visible on m1/m5, i have tried many sd above is my finding hope you can do something to ultimate sd so that on m1/m5 we can see above and below price if it break recent high/low

maybe the solution is to add the scan history candle option field to ultimate SD? so that we can set how far back to look to the left to scan 3000 candle or 10,000 candle (user definable) so that it'll draw few more top and bottom line/level zone?

This is not an issue, this is how it is supposed to work. 
In order to give the best accurate levels and SD zones, the neural network must work with the recent movements.
If the indicator did not plot higher levels far beyond the current chart it's because there is no relevant or usable levels with the high accuracy we are trying to provide.
In other words, the Supply and Demand zones created on 1 minute charts from 1 month ago charts are no reliable on the current 1 minute charts, because obviously the price has changed a lot since then (we are talking about 50.000 bars ago!)
If you are using only 1 min or 5 min timeframes, and find yourself in this situation, where the market has moved above the existing levels, then I recommend you to switch timeframes to higher ones and use the levels there instead; in order to have the best outcome and reliability. 
I hope this answer your question.

We are preparing a new version to work with higher timeframes and you may be able to see such higher levels there; but when you are outside the 1 min charts, the best you can do is to switch on higher timeframes to see where the price is going and have a better view on the current market.

to deactivate it exactly, not to see it anymore... I have another indicator with button.

You can hide the panel with the minimize button. You can hide it completly if you deactivate it in the settings (Show Dashboard = false).
And if you are talking about the indicator itself, you can completly deactivate the indicator if you remove it from the indicators list (Control + I, to open the indicators tab).
