I have just checked, it's working fine. Please make sure you have added all required URLs in the allowed WebRequest as mentioned in the description.
I did all the steps however custom symbols window is empty for some reason.
When I start MT5 to binance, I get the following alert:
Your Binance account is referral. Please use non-referral account or purchase an Binance Trade Panel that has no limitations via the link https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/71037
Right after the the ExpertRemove function is called and the Expert stops. Do you know what the problem is?

The problem is self-explanatory. Your Binance account is referral while the panel can be used only with non-referral accounts
What is the difference between a referral and a non-referral account?

1. If possible, add Coinx exchange to it (it does not require identity verification, but Binance does) or provide a new program for Coinx
2. Does your program have the ability to connect to our personal EA or an I run my Expert Advisor in this panel (for automatic trading with our personal strategy by EA)
