Do I have to enable a VPS to use this copier in MT5?
I'm a little confused by this statement highlighted above. I would like to Close all trades and stop copying new ones, basically halt all trading activity. The statement above in the documentation says it will still keep following the opening trades when "Close & Stop Copy" is selected ?

Hello,
It's required to run on MT5 terminal all the time. So, if you can keep it running all the time on your own computer, you will not need a VPS.

That means it will not copy new trades, but it will still modify and close follow the opening (copied) trades.

I see "Provider is disabled or not found" message although it is enabled. Provider is MT4. Receiver on MT4 has no issue. Local copy, used control panel. Please advise. Thanks.

Please update it to latest version.
Provider opened only 1 trade, but MT5 receiver opened multiple duplicated trades. Please look into it. Thanks.

Hello, I enabled unlimited trade for several people and in several cases it is happening to double, triple or even quadruple the trades made on the server. Can you help understand why this is happening?

I've been using this Trade Receiver Free MT5 & Auto Trade Copier(MT4) in my previous VPS without any problem.
However, once I moved to new VPS and tried to set up EA and tested with manual pending trade on provider account, found that the receiver was not able detect & copy provider's trade
Not sure why but wanted to make sure if anything was wrong here?
Would be great if you can take a look,refer to screen shot of my settings

Hello,
It doesn't detect pending orders from provider account because your provider account has zero balance, which is considered as invalid balance to trade. Please deposit fund into your both provider and receiver accounts, then it will work.

I'm having a problem setting the Max slippage value to a negative amount as I want trades to enter at slightly better entries than the sender.
On the old version of the copier I could enter -20 pips for example, and the trade would open at 20 pips better than the sender.
When I set it to -0.5 it reverts to zero when I go to another field. I can set a positive value 0.5 no problem and it saves.
I just updated to v7.7 and it is doing the same thing. Please fix as this appears to be a bug.
I understand why you have used % of entry price for the slippage, but I liked the old system of being able to enter + or - pips as slippage is always measured in pips so it is easier to understand the effect on the entry level.
It would be good if you could add a drop down to select % or Pips as the slippage value in a future release, but for now if you can fix it so negative slippage can be entered that would be good.

Currently the Scale factor applies to all copied trades, but often if copying different signals into an account, we may want different ratios for those signals rather than the same scale factor applying to all.
The work around is to run trade receiver on different charts with different factors for each provider.
What may be useful to be able to run one receiver, is in the provider list provide the Scale factor field for each provider, so you could have one at 1, another at .5, another at 2.
The Max lots etc fields could still apply to all providers, so I only think that scale factor would be required for each provider.

I understand your situation. But beside the scale factor, there are many other parameters that receiver might want to set differently with different providers. We cannot put all parameters to provider list, it will make the EA interface complicated.
The best way is running the receiver EA on different charts with different settings for each provider.
