Thanks! For displaying USD value, need lot size, but which lot site? 1lot, or actual chart sum lot? 

Could be solved if I had a lot of time :)

you only need to click to "Download" button, then choose "Yes i have Metatrader".

If you have not MetaTrader, please install it before download the indicator!
