I'm very much interested to buy your PipFinite Trend Laser indicator and install into my mt4 platform but when I click "Buy" nothing happens. Looks like my mt4 platform does not recognize my MQL5 account. What's interesting when I try to download and install any free indicator or trading robot, it does with no problem. I contacted my mt4 provider and they cannot help. Is it possible that I pay you some different way and you get access into my mt4 account with teamviewer to install this indicator or create new to copy the code so I can use it.

I've just bought the indicator, it looks amazing. I love the built, I really want to find how to offset the indicator a bit back since sometimes the entry's and exit's are a bit off. It would save more trades, and also create bigger profits. Can you tell me how I can offset or add an input to the indicator. Thank you.

May 27, 2016 (Update) - Good afternoon here in Toronto, ON, CA. I have a little issue that turned huge with this indicator. This indicator is amazing and can do wonders! There's only ONE problem. Entry's and exit on trades are very off. This can be changed very easily by adding "Shift" to the settings so we can bring the indicator forward or backwards depending on the clients that purchased the indicator or people looking into it.

I've spoken with Karlo about this situation and she said it will take a month or so. What I don't understand is that why does it take a month to fix a very easy, and simple solution that can solve many problems. She told me that it can interfere with the settings. Which I believe that won't happen because shifting has nothing to do with the settings. It's an input that works by itself. It doesn't work with other settings. We were going back and forth about this problem which is a EASY FIX. I just hope that they can update this indicator with the "shift" input in the settings by Monday.

I wouldn't be asking them to add this easy 1 line input but I can't even access the script which is understandable because it's locked by developers. So Please to Karlo and developers of this system. PLEASE ADD THE "SHIFT" INPUT IN THIS SYSTEM BY MONDAY.

We can not do your request that fast because we as developers need to test our products extensively before updating anything

Before releasing new features, our team needs to check if it will affect the reliability of our tools. This takes time and can not be rushed

Also our team thinks that there is no need for a shift feature as of the moment because the indicator functions as described on its features.

Adding a "Shift" well give amazing results and help clients that purchase this product make more profit. You see the indicator works fine, it's just to ahead for the chart. Shifting the indicator backwords around -1 - -13 can improve the trades, and no entering late like it is now. Adding the input will not effect the indicator I can ensure you! Hopefully you can do this as soon as possbile, or even give me BETA version to try. I would love to help improve this indiactor and giving my thoughts as I am now.

If i we add this feature. The algo will be different since it will affect profitability of the indicator. Hence a different product. 

If we decided, maybe we can release a new product and make it available only for our valued clients
