The averaging mechanics is structured as follows.
When internal calculations of the volume and other parameters occur, an additional order is opened in the same direction, based on the calculation of the current profit, commission and swap. Takeprofit level is not recalculated every day for the reason that the take profit level in this case, as in your example, will be very far away and most likely will not close. In your example, you have specified a rather specific instrument "USDCNH", where the swap greatly exceeds the size of the take-profit, as such. In this particular case, it is imperative to re-optimize all parameters for this instrument, but I would recommend trading on instruments where the swap is minimal, like "EURUSD", "GBPUSD", etc.

As for the separate function for changing the take profit every day, I will think about it, maybe add it in a future build as a separate function that will be enabled/disabled from the settings.

Agree USDCNH slightly extreme example - used just to check algorithm. 

Sure on major pairs swap only reducing profit but not moving balance in loss. But still reducing profit :-)).

Hi, I'm very interested in your product. Question. Does your product work well with protrader account Brokers? For example would like to use use this on a Demo for FTMO

They have a strict drawdown limit that must not go over 5% daily and a maximum drawdown limit of no more than 10%


So if my initital deposit is $25,000 the daily loss cannot equal $1,250 and my account loss cannot be more than $2,500.


Is the Max drawdown parameter going to keep this from happening? How does this parameter account for daily losses, so I don't lose 5% daily.

Your bot is  much better than many paid robots.. I propose several changes for which I would pay if you wish.

-variable for opening a order with your current calculation prog, or ASAP. (avoid waiting for open 1.st position)

-variable for automatically increase spacing (delta) between new trades.. (multiplier 1 is currently)

-in future... if RSI on xx TF is over/under XX, than open or not open new orders after taking profit 

-in future.. do not trade (open new order) below xxx price or vice versa.


I have more ideas, and I'm willing to pay for it, because with these improvements GRID mashine will become more profitabile for traders.

Do you have a stop loss and deposit protection based in percentage? What does ModeDD : Close & Trade and Close & Stop mean? Is MaxDD in percentage?

Hello,

Would it be possible to implement an adjustable limiting option for number of grids per bar? Even though that may reduce profits to some degree, but it would help to reduce drawdown also and make trading more stable and secure.

Have you considered a "% of account balance" for the lot size? It would be great to have this option, especially for backtesting, since the balance increases with time and during backtesting it's not possible to increase the lot size simultaniously with balance growth.

非常牛逼，但是不稳定的策略。3000美金12月测试：2054，1月：2310，月盈利水平60%多，但是，but，2月份：亏损-2650元。。。。如果你能够接受爆仓，归0这个策略可以有，抗震荡，不抗趋势，果然是马丁策略的兄弟啊。。。。

I've backtested this from march of 2022 until may of 2023 several times and it has defaulted on my account more than once due to wild trades as well as negligible gains when profiting compared to the losses
