Hello and thanks for renting my Triple MA EA :-)
Please if I can ask you to go to the Inputs tab in the tester and make sure that you have the input parameters which you would like to test for EURUSD H1. Then right click anywhere there. From the pop-up menu you will select Save. You will then save a .set file. Please if you can send that file to me.
As mentioned in the product's blog I recommend you to use 'Every tick based on real ticks' in the tester. This is the only way to get accurate results. Unfortunately I will be on vacation the rest of the day and tomorrow. After that I will have a look at your testing setup.

If you are logged in with your MQL5 community account in the MT5 terminal then you will be able to install the EA from the Market - Purchased tab. Please see the screenshot below.
