Hi, I have a paid version for this EA. Right now I am currently testing this with IC Market Raw Account and it works for entering trades but partial close and even the close all function are not executing. I tried to push the close all tab several times but always failed to execute. Can you help me with this issue? Furthermore, does this EA comes with an indicator that shows the trailing stops?

Hello,

Orders are not closed - there may be two reasons for this:

1) you are using the functionality incorrectly, or have configured the functionality incorrectly.

2) orders are not closed due to a trading error.

Respectively:

1) show which function you use to close orders, show its settings and show the parameters of the orders being closed (take a screenshot).

2) show entries on the Expert and Journal tabs that appear immediately after an unsuccessful attempt to close an order (take a screenshot).

Regarding the indicator, the panel does not have a function that shows indicator lines, since only an indicator can draw indicator lines (the panel is an expert). All indicators are available in the terminal by default, and you can run them in parallel.

Hi. Still nothing.

Hello,

1) Update the panel to the latest version (the latest version has a function that solves this problem).

2) restart the terminal.

Also, if you want the panel to be on top of the chart, look at this - https://www.mql5.com/en/blogs/post/756508#transparent

Hi Alfiya,

Thank you for your response. The orders are all executing now. Thanks a lot.

Regarding the indicator I mentioned is per attached image below. Is it possible to show the trailing stop line based on this function below?

Best regards,

Wyndel Tellidua

It's clear. This type of trailing stop is not indicator based. Therefore, this type of trailing stop cannot be displayed on the chart using any indicator, and as I wrote above, the panel itself does not draw this in the form of indicator lines.

To understand, only an indicator can draw curved lines on a chart, since it has indicator buffers. Expert Advisors do not have such functionality. I have already tried to do this, and I can say that drawing smooth curved lines with the help of experts is a very resource-intensive function, I abandoned it, it is not suitable for a panel that must work quickly. Perhaps in the future I will return to this, and perhaps I will be able to implement a quick function that would display trailing stop lines on the chart.

No worries Alfiya. Thanks a lot.

I'm using partial closing for testing, I used the ASK price as a standard. However, when the price was reached, the partial was not executed.

Am I doing it the right way?

Hello, these settings are only for virtual Stop Loss and Take Profit.

partial closure and virtual stop loss (take profit) are two separate functions, they are independent of each other and do not have common settings.

For partial closing there is no option to select the closing price.

Partial closing is activated:

If this is a BUY position at the Bid price.

If this is a SELL position at the Ask price.

Hi, I just bought the EA and I set up a daily loss limit of 2% of my balance. I set it up so it blocks and closes my terminal but now every time I open MT5 it closes automatically even if I have not traded yet. I can't open the MT5 to go to the settings and change it. What do I do?

Hello.

This function closes the terminal and prevents it from being opened until the next date.

For example, today is 04/08/2024 and you have reached the risk, and the restriction has triggered and the terminal has closed. Accordingly, you will not be able to open the terminal until 04/09/2024. The date is fixed according to your computer's time. Are you sure that the date on your computer has changed since the function was activated?

I understand the feature but it has blocked my MT5 terminal without me taking any trades. Now I am unable to open MT5 at all. How do I open MT5? or do I have to wait until next day? I would love to use the feature to block MT5 but not randomly without me taking any trades. Now I am unable to trade because I can't open MT5. How do I fix it?

Edit: I managed to open MT5 by changing the date of my computer to tomorrow, then I disabled the max daily loss to avoid the same problem. I would still like to use the feature to block MT5 after I reach my Max Daily loss but it seems that MT5 closes without me having taken any trades at all. I set the Max Daily Loss to 2% in the Risk Manager Tab and afterwards MT5 closed without doing anything at all or taking any trades. Is there a way to fix it? Thank you

What sign do you enter the loss with?

If you want to enter a negative number, then you need to enter this number with a minus sign.

Additionally, if the value you enter will cause the restriction to be activated immediately, the panel will inform you with a pop-up window, do not ignore these warnings.

This is a warning window, it warns you that the set value will lead to the activation of the restriction right now.

That is, each field can be entered as a positive number or a negative one. If you enter a negative number, enter it with a minus sign.

Hello,

I have bought both MT4 and MT5 version of the panel. Best money spent in this stuff (trading supporting tools)

I have a question: is there any plan to enhance the "Task Panel" feature?

Currently the Task can be triggered by Horizontal Line, Trend Line, Time or activation of another Task.

It'd be great if we could also have a Moving Average crossing (price crossing over the MA) trigger.

Any plan on this?

thnx and keep up the good work.

Hello, I think yes, I will improve this functionality in the future. I will write down your wish and try to add it in the future.

Hi! I'm using a translator. I apologize if it's hard to read.

I would like to request an option to switch the setting of ‘Move SL and TP labels when the current price changes’ directly from the Trade Panel, without having to go to the settings screen.

I usually use this setting turned off, but I want to turn it on for short-term trades during high volatility indicator announcements. It's a hassle to switch it every time in the settings screen.

Alternatively, it would be nice to have a setting where TP and SL can be pinned and still moved with the mouse.

Thank you for creating great product!
nekonyam

I will try using Open2 during indicator announcements.

Please ignore my previous request. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
