Purchased BF Scalper Pro today, lets see how it goes. One question when i loaded the set files the news filter was switch off for all currencys, does this mean that the EA performs better if news filter switched off? Fergal.
Hello, Thank you for purchasing my product. By default the news filter is always OFF. It is a helper system. You can use it in your discretion. When it is enabled the EA may miss some profitable trades because it will stop trading during some news and events.

Can I ask a quick question on your set files. The default daily trading times is 0,23. Am I right in thinking the EA will only trade from 23:00 to 0:00? Or will it trade from 0:00 to 23:00 each day?

Hi Rob, BF Scalper PRO is an Asian session scalper and yes it trades only during two hours from 23:00 to 00:59. It is developed to show best results during this period of time.
Hello. Bought your robot. I try to trade on two instruments: gbpusd with spread, and gbpusd without spread, but with Commission. I had this problem. Today he opened 2 trades on gbpusd without spread. The first deal in plus. The second trade closed at a loss. But the fact is that it closed not at the worst price, but when the price began to move in our direction. The question is this. What is the logic of leaving the position? 1) Why didn't the deal close at the worst price? 2) If the price began to move in our direction, why did not the robot wait until the position comes out in plus? Hi, BF Scalper PRO has a complex trading and exit logic. It may close the trades on small profit or loss if there is a close/exit signal. But you may agree that sometimes these signals could be fake and the price may continue to different direction. When you see the chart you ask yourself "why the EA has closed the trade when the price goes to good direction". But have in mind that the EA cannot see the chart as you :). The EA take decision according to the current signals/prices. Don't worry such small losses are something normal for forex trading. I am sure in long term you will have very good results.

Hello, you can download set files for other pairs from the blog here: https://www.mql5.com/en/blogs/post/724476 just scroll down and you will see them. The default settings are at the bottom of the post. The set files for the GRID System are in section "BF Scalper PRO Grid System .set files" (a gray box in the middle of the post)

BF Scalper PRO is optimized for brokers with winter gmt offset + 2 and summer gmt offset +3. If your broker has such gmt offsets then you don't need to make any changes.
