for 1. you can't.

for 2. set ' Target Close In Profit (Value $/Lot)' parameter about 1.0.

triangle arbitrage is great idea!

I read on forexfactory forum, that latency and long time of opening position is the biggest issue.
Other issue is inability of MT4 / MT5 open/close more trades simultaneously (or asynchronous in IT trading terminology).

What work your triangle arbitrage EAs? Have you any solution for sole of this problem? Support your EAs open/close more trades simultaneously?

Now I found any solution for simultaneous order, (but I am not programmer)

I am not not experience with this strategy but I think, that very important is broker. Exist a lot of MT4 / MT5 brokers, what in trading conditions have not slippage.

And via forex rebate programs is possible reduce commissions and spread fees.

Try to restart the terminal, reinstall the expert.

the same issue is here when you put the orders in this type 
usd/chf/eur make  no trade and most of the time close automatically

but default setting works

Strongest... EUR/GBP/AUD/NZD/USD/CAD/CHF/JPY ...weakest.

eur is higher than usd and chf

usd is higher than chf

so.... the correct typing is EUR/USD/CHF
