Hello Ton Le, Gold Scalper PRO trades only when there is a good opportunity in the current market. This means that the trading frequency depends on the current market conditions. Please keep terminal running all the time and it will trade as soon as there are good opportunities in the market. If for some reason you don't have any trades within a few days contact me and i will check whay happens.

I have just install Gold Scalper Pro on my MT5.

Smiley face is showing but Terminal NOT...? See the screenshot attached.

Is this because I do this on Sunday when is NO trading...? or is something else missing.

Please advise.

Hello Michael, I guess it is due to Sunday. You know the market is closed during the weekends. When the market is closed the EAs also don't work. Please restart on Monday and i believe it will start working.

Hello Erik, If you have installed the EA during weekend then the information panel will not appear till Monday morning. If on Monday you still don't see it restart your terminal in any case. If the problem persists write me and i will help you.

Hello Bob, The last days the XAUUSD is very unpredictable and there are many big movements which are not typical for this pair. This is the reason why we all got some poor results. But I am sure everything will be better the next days. It is recommended to trade with low risk during such periods.  

it doesn't work for 2 week, can you check it? Plus I bought wrong version for mt4 then I cancell purchase, but the money do not back. Now my version is for MT5 and it do not work too.
