I bought this EA and it works well in strategy tester but it never pick a single trade ever since i bought it, i enabled all live trading and also ensure that the EA had a smiley face on the attached currency pair. Please help me

Set from Tobias Grosse is more stable. It does not blow up account from 2000 till now. But it has max DD = $1272. My sets are not so stable, but they have max DD lower than $500 (from 2012 till now).

I just bought the Ea to test on demo for 1 month. Just checking I need to set different magic number for each pair if im trading more than one pair with the adviser? I know you recommend $1000 balance for one pair and $3000 for all seven, shouldn't that be $7000 for 7 pairs?

Hi Tony,

It is not necessary to use different magic for each pair, but I am using different.

For 1 pair on tests max DD was $500, so minimal balance is $1000.

For all 7 pairs trading together on tests max DD was $700-800, so I recommend $3000.

I have a couple of grids for USDCAD closed with a small loss. Mayby caused by transaction fees.

Any suggestions on how to avoid this?

EA don’t calculate swaps and commissions, so it may be closed in little loss. In next updates I would try to change this. And of course on real trading orders may be closed with slippage and nobody can’t control this.

Today, a 73 level grid (0.73 in total) closed with -EUR 6.5.

At some point, the grid was around  minus 220.

It would be great if commisions/swap could be included in the calculation, to improve the risk reward. 

Any idea when you think you could have this implemented?

Hello!

For each 1 pair minimum deposit is $1000 for 0.01 lot size.

For 7 pairs using together minimum deposit is $2000-3000 for 0.01 lot size.

Hi! Mainly it is simple math, but somebody with big accounts use lower lots than recommend (let’s say 0.01 per 5-10k). This value decrease risks. My account was particularly blown up last Friday (I use 0.01 per $1000).
