Yes, at its simplest level, C and D complete levels are just breakout level. You can just treat them as support or resistance.

In this case, both excessive momentum are in the same direction. So if price cross the lastest C, your sell will be still valid.

With excessive momentum indiactor, you will follow these four phase. Phase 1 is dynamic because it is actual turning point (Phase 1 is more like same entry as harmonic pattern D point). Phase 2, 3 and 4 are static after phase 1.

Phase 1: Potential Turning Point arrival with C-C’ identification. (This is detected when the ZigZag and actual price start to spread apart.)

Phase 2: Turning Point confirm with C-C’ Confirmation

Phase 3: D Level detection

Phase 4: D level confirmation

Somehow, I come across ST Pattern Strategy on the internet. I do not know thoroughly about the strategy yet. I only had a quick glance but its described entry and exit seems similar to excessive momentum strategy added in Excessive momentum indicator.

Why I am so interested in this? Let me explain. The biggest happiness for the creator of strategy is when the strategy is used in practice in well balanced manner and serve the trader to achieve their realistic financial goal.

Especially, excessive momentum strategy was created from the pure math and philosophical point of view. You can check this price pattern and strategy table here released in 2017. Maybe you won’t find out how I created the strategy in just one quick look because this price pattern and strategy table contains really dense piece of information. When I first created the Excessive momentum strategy, volume spread analysis was the closest practical application (i.e. as well as explanation for excessive momentum) I could find out. Of course, they are not identical. What I am talking about is that the main trading philosophy are similar.

Excessive Momentum Indicator New Version 10.1 Released

Here is some great news. We have finally managed to release Excessive Momentum indicator version 10.1.

We have made through changes in the algorithm. Hence, its appearance and usage are now different from old version.

Here is what was changed. 

1. Excessive Momentum is detected directly without phases. This makes your trading much simpler. 
2. We have added Automatic Fibonacci Retracement when excessive momentum is detected. Now, you can gauge potential market reversal with the provided automatic Fibonacci Retracement. 

What is not changed is that. You can still use excessive momentum together with your harmonic pattern, Elliott wave patterns and volume spread analysis indicator.

Harmonic Pattern and Excessive Momentum
Here we show that how Excessive Momentum and Harmonic Pattern was coincided to confirm the same bullish entry.

Firstly, I put Excessive momentum indicator. It gives me that potential reversal area around 1.272 (127.2% retracement level). Remember what I said about Excessive Momentum ? When you or indicator detect Excessive momentum, you have to pay a particular attention.

Next, Harmonic Pattern also confirms the entry at the similar point as the Excessive momentum does. This is good confirmation together for the same bullish entry.

Of course, next watch point is the first Potential Continuation Zone for EURUSD at 1.0997.
