if you are facing problem with the dashboard like its showing 0s, just change the path to "Market/Scalping Indicator Pro mt4" in the dashboard's indicator option.

There are two numbers that calculated. First is the slow/fast Period (Number of bars) and second is the slow/fast SIP (Calculates data based on the period provided).
Slow period/sip is used to calculate trend line and fast period/sip is used to calculate signal line.
Dashboard just helps you monitor market quickly at one glance.
Here is an example how we monitor it quickly.
You can easily monitor multiple pair and timeframes and see where the signal/trendline is between 0-100.
You can watch the video on the description page to learn how to use scalping indicator pro.

It seems some people are getting alerts and some are not.

Buonasera grazie della risposta ora funziona esce la finestra con avviso la uso solo per eurusd altri prodotti non uso ancora l'avviso tramite finestra. Sarebbe bello migliorare la dimensione dei valori, una piccola finestrella. ad ogni modo lo sto usando e piano piano sto imparando.
Sto usando il tuo prodotto da due giorni è un ottimo prodotto complimenti .

"Strict use restrictions are set for the SendNotification() function: no more than 2 calls per second and not more than 10 calls per minute. Monitoring the frequency of use is dynamic. The function can be disabled in case of the restriction violation.".
Use email alerts on phone instead, I think it has no limits.
This limit has been set by mql5 team. I have no control over the push limits. Sorry!
