Just rented it. It looks like it's not working. 

1) It's only showing 13 signals, and I expected it to show more. 

I've already set it to show 30 signals in settings. 

2) When I go to visualization tab and select custom time frames, save it, it always reverts back to 'all' 

3) This is not a problem but question; is there a way to show anything on the chart itself?

Hi and thanks for renting my scanner.

1) 13 signals after loading the indicator and when using the default settings seems quite OK. For instance pin bars on H1 and higher time frames does not appear so often with RSI above/below 70/30. During the day it will slowly fill the panel with new signals.

2) The indicator visualization tab will not have any effect. This is a multi time frame scanner and you will be able to set the time frames of your choice in the indicator settings (parameters).

3) As mentioned in the product description it is unfortunately not be possible to draw multi symbol and multi time frame objects on the chart since the chart always show only one symbol and time frame. This is simply a technical limitation in MT4. Therefore I have created the panel in order for you to be able to click on a signal so that a new chart with the symbol and time frame in question will be opened. You could use your own chart template for this purpose. That template can contain for instance you own indicator(s) in order for you to further analyze the signal and decide wheather to take the trade or not.

Hi Jan,

Actually, it's becoming a bit irritating to keep closing the alerts as soon as I switch over to a new chart or different time frame on the same chart. I've disabled show alert in settings, but as I've said the changes aren't taking effect. Please help as it's becoming impossible to use this with all the issues.

I am sorry to hear that you are getting irritated by the repeating alerts. But this is a scanner. The concept of such an indicator is that you put it on a chart which you are not actively working with, i.e. changing time frame and/or symbol. I don't see any reason to do that. As I mention above you will use the panel for opening of new charts.

Yes, I'm using the panel to open new chart. What I'm saying is; as soon as I click on a signal (alert) in the panel, it'll open up a new chart which is fine, but it'll also open up alert box which makes no sense. I've already got alert in original chart. What's the point of repeating the same alert in every chart that I open?

Please make sure that the symbols are written with the same names as they are written in your Market Watch window. For instance if you symbols have a suffix like EURUSDi or EURUSDpro you will need to change it in the indicator settings sinc ethe default valus is EURUSD.

Yes, this is possible by setting the value in the 'Use trend filter' parameter (in the pin bar section) to false.

Actually, in buying a MACD indicator (from another developer) yesterday - which installed in my 'Markets' folder - I happened to notice another indicator there that I'd purchased - this one from you - well over a year ago. Seeing it reminded me that I may have abandoned it when I had to give up trading for a while - and had eventually forgotten about it altogether. It is the Candle Patterns Scanner with RSI Filter - and I have the receipt number and transaction I.D. in my email files if required.

Anyway, out of curiosity, I dragged it onto a chart - and nothing happened at all. In fact it doesn't show up on the indicator list when I 'right click' the chart. I checked my user files in the MT4 directory, and it is theretoo (at about 120kb).

Is there anything I can do to revive this indicator? Now that I've finally got the time to devote to trading again, I'd like to put it into service.

As I have mentioned in the product description it is important the the symbols you have given in the 'Symbols to scan' parameter are written in the same way as the are written in you Market Watch window. Please if you can send me a screenshot where I can see which symbols you have written in the indicator settings. Please also a screenshot where I can see the list of the symbols in your Market Watch window.

Hi Jan,

I bought the Indi today after testing about 15 similar apps from the Market. Good job and very flexible set of parameters.

I faced one problem. Create and save a template adding there necessary indicators and expert, which calculates lot size depending of stop loss size. But after click on signal in mini panel, a new window opens with all saved indicators, but without my expert in it. When a new window with same template is opened from mt4 options, all indicators and expert are there. What kind of problem could be with template processing in the Scanner and how to solve it?
