All checked, the procedure is identical. And I realized what could be a minor difference is due to the conversion of JPY lots in the Deposit currency. Because of the difference in rates of USDJPY between testing.
Strategy tester apparently can not take the exact match minutes per minute USDJPY and EURJPY for example, to transform into USD balance, and it takes the last known. And because the rates changed from test to test and the difference is obtained. You can test EURJPY on GeneratorPro twice and the results may vary a little.
For example if we test EURUSD, which do not need to transfer to another currency, the results do not differ.

AUDUSD and NZDJPY strategies have been derived from an more advanced scheme. First, the search was performed by the criterion of Profit / Drawdown (was Profit). The EA on Eurjpy is going mad. When it is in DD, closed the losing position and switching the direction. The new opened orders are in DD again. Are they going to switch the trades again?
EURJPY and USDJPY and USDCAD now in a large range, it is not very good for the algorithm, and the strategy needs a trend. Switching directions occurs according to the algorithm. This happens sometimes.
But there are no losing strategies on the EURJPY and USDJPY (for strategies N5). But were several losses (4 from 100) on USDCAD. The loss is placed in Global Variable and can be recovered if included GlobalRecovery2019.
Funny. Start with small lot size, failed and switch the trade with bigger lot size. Failed. Then, switch again with much bigger size. It works this time.

NOTE for information:
a) Parameter UseGlobalVariableForRecovery=False (i.e. this is a local restore on one pair. To participate in distributed recovery, use True).

c) If global recovery using a global variable (UseGlobalVariableForRecovery=True) is recommended to adjust parameter GlobalRecovery2019_Increment. Recommended value 50/number of pairs. The lower this value, the less impact it will have on the underlying strategy and the slower the recovery process will go. Large values can provoke a situation where the strategy will not be able to recover and losses will grow like a snowball.

в) При глобальном восстановлении с использованием глобальной переменной (UseGlobalVariableForRecovery=True) рекомендуется корректировать параметр GlobalRecovery2019_Increment. Рекомендуемое значение 50/кол-во пар. Чем меньше это значение, тем меньше влияния будет на основную стратегию и медленнее будет идти процесс восстановления. Большие значения могут спровоцировать ситуацию, когда стратегия не сможет успевать восстанавливаться и убытки будут расти, как снежный ком.

With the time passed, I forget what is the meaning of most parameters.

Hello.
Most likely you had a local recovery, which is enabled by default. In the new version 2.0 I made these parameters less aggressive. Also, please read about the recommendations of the new version. If you have any questions, ask. Global recovery options are displayed at the bottom of the graph. If it is not needed at all, disable it on each chart, i.e. GlobalRecovery2019=False. If it is enabled, it must be configured as written in the recommendations above.
You should decide what additional recovery to do for yourself.
1. No additional recovery at all. Then you should set GlobalRecovery2019=False (check that ExtraRecovery=0, UltraExtrarecovery=False disabled too). You can turn it on later at any time. Not restored balance will be displayed at the bottom of the chart.
2. With local additional recovery, only on the current chart (settings by default of version 2.0): GlobalRecovery2019=True (true by default). UseGlobalVariableForRecovery=False (false-by default). GlobaRecovery2019_Increment=1 (1-by default now, slow recovery), GlobaRecovery2019_BalanceLimitPercent=0 (0-by default, most secure).
3. With global additional recovery. GlobalRecovery2019=True. UseGlobalVariableForRecovery=True. GlobaRecovery2019_Increment= or leave 1- for slow recovery, or set 50/(Number Of EAs) or less. GlobaRecovery2019_BalanceLimitPercent=0 (0-most secure, can be 0-100).
