Introducing Zygos TDI, a Traders Dynamic Index indicator that turns RSI momentum, volatility and trend into one clear, ready-to-read window.
Zygos builds on the classic TDI idea. It smooths the RSI into a fast price line and a slower signal line, then wraps them in volatility bands and a colour-changing baseline. When the price line crosses the signal line, Zygos marks the exact bar with an arrow. The bands show how stretched the market is, the baseline shows which way momentum is leaning, and the 25, 32, 50, 68 and 75 levels show where the turning zones are. You see direction, strength and timing in one glance.
Key Features:
- Clear Cross Signals: Sky blue up arrows and pink down arrows appear on the bar where the price line crosses the signal line. A small marker also appears when the baseline crosses the 50 level, so you can see when momentum flips from bearish to bullish.
- Volatility Bands and a Smart Baseline: Upper and lower bands expand and contract with RSI volatility, so you can see overbought and oversold stretches. The baseline changes colour with its slope: yellow when rising, orange when falling. Choose EMA or SMA for the baseline.
- Prominent Key Levels: The 25, 32, 50, 68 and 75 levels are marked with bold numbers on the left edge of the window and brighter level lines, so they are easy to read at a glance.
- Live Dashboard Panel: Shows the overall bias (bullish, bearish or mixed), the latest BUY or SELL signal and how many bars ago it fired, a momentum bar with overbought and oversold zones, the baseline level, baseline slope, baseline versus 50, the price line, the signal line, whether price is above or below the baseline, and both band values. The panel scales to your screen size and can be dragged, resized and minimized to a small crystal. It remembers its position when you change timeframe.
- Fully Customizable: Set the RSI period and applied price, band period and deviation, baseline method, and price and signal line periods. Choose arrow style and size, line thickness, and colours for every element, and turn the arrows, the 50-cross marker, the level labels and the dashboard on or off.
- Flexible Alerts: Popup, email and mobile push notifications for 20 different events. They cover baseline colour changes, baseline crossing 32, 50 and 68, the price line crossing 25, 32, 50, 68 and 75, the price line crossing the baseline, signal line or bands, and the signal line crossing 50 or the baseline. Each alert can be set to Long and Short, Long only, Short only or Off.
