Locking payment on MQL5 for 7 days is normal for all products. It does not mean any issue. Kindly check with MQL5 Support, It is not under my control. I hope you can understand.

I can understand your frustration, attach is below file , you can check your transactions are still with MQL5. You can also see all transactions are locked for 7days due to security issues these are policies here. We have to follow this. You should open a ticket with service desk for its resolution instead of getting annoy.

Even after 7 days lock from MQL5, it does not mean you cannot download the product. 7 days lock mean, Author cannot claim for 7 days for verification/security purpose but still user can download the product.

You are not able to see download option on MT4, its client terminal issue probably, please I am suggesting again, try to use different MT4 terminal.

The issue with "Locked" is only a translation problem.   It is how the folks at MQL inform that funds have been allocated and they can't be used again to buy other indicators etc etc.

There is nothing wrong here.  After purchase the product can be downloaded immediately.  If purchased on the terminal then an EA or Indicator is most likely installed already.  If not yet installed then open MT4,  login to mql5 (Tools > Options > Community), then in terminal check Market > purchases and select the install button

Hi Adil,

Accurate TF is M30 but I am using on M5, M15 and M30 together.

It works on this principal for Time Frame. Higher TF Higher Accuracy, Lower TF lower accuracy. Higher TF Low Number of Trades, Lower TF High number of Trades. 

For loosing trades below attach image is self explanatory, counter trade is opened by Trend Tracker using Middle TF configured in inputs.

Locked or not, means nothing.

There is no reason to prevent you from installing and using the EA/Indicator in your local or VPS installed terminal.
