The author has contacted me, and after I provided the parameters, gold has begun to generate profits, proving its value.

One profit doesn't make a summer. Therefore, I'm still testing a lot. My trades are very volatile, but so far, it's not profitable for me. The current range is still acceptable. The timeframe is still quite short to make any reasonable statements. I'll do more analysis this weekend.

>It's quite unclear to me how, based on my recommended settings, such a result is possible—making a profit of 20.32
Yes, I feel the same, usually Nova Gold X aims to obtain 300 - 400 pips only for 3 decimal broker (like Exness), only 3 or 4 USD price increase of underlying asset XAU, denominated by USD. If you set the lot at 0.01 per trade, if the trade wins you get only $3, If you lose then $5 will be gone only. not $20+. Is the screenshot manipulated?
It will never produce that much profit/loss wiht 0.1 lot, unless the user of EA intentionally drags the TP line.
>This account from the seller appears to be without a Martingale:
Just check the trade history, locate the consecutive loss, where the balance is recorded as negative value is listed consecutively,
Then check the number of lot. If it increases like 0.01 -> 0.01 -> 0.03 -> 0.06 - 0.13, then it uses the Martingale. It's called recovery system in the EA.
I demo-ed with this recovery system off, then the balance was very flat, no big drawdown, but not big increase. Based on the win rate and TP/SL, if you trade 0.01 per trade, this system has the expected return aount +0.05 USD, every 1 trade. So the balance will increase very slowly when Martingale is Off.
It could still make sense, if your budget is quite big such as millions of dollars, you will still get reasonable return, such as a few hundred dollars a day. If you use the Maringale then your balance could grow much quicker, but the risk of bankrupt is also high.

Select XAUUSD, then there are only lots of 0.01, except for the first one which is 0.05.
Please note that all four accounts listed by the seller are cent accounts (USC).
This morning, the results seem to be somewhat better so far, but I don't yet know the overall picture. RAW-Account. As I said, the evaluation period is still too short.
Please note that I configured a different spread (XX) on the RAW account and, as mentioned, there may have been temporary problems on the standard account; I cannot rule this out.
Therefore, I will update my results for the broker ICM in 1-2 weeks.
Hi again, trading friends. First, I used a real account for the trials. Here come the results from my first trading week with Nova Gold X, a bot that all the reviewing members have given five stars, including me. The bot supports two trading pairs: gold and bitcoin. I have only been using the bot since the 31st of December. The very first day gave 112.01 euros, gold 101.95, and bitcoin 10.06. At that moment, I jumped up, gave the bot five stars, and left a good comment (see 1st of January 2026). An excellent EA, I thought, giving so much return. The second day gave me 47.14 euros, gold 40.05, and bitcoin 7.09. The third day was a Saturday, and the bitcoin gave me -7.51 euros. The 5th of Jan., on the trial's fifth day, the outcome was -4.70 euros, gold 7.36, and bitcoin -12.06. On the sixth of January, I decided to stop using Bitcoin and only concentrate on gold. The reason was an excessive drawdown on the account—much more than I expected. Thanks to the repair mode built into the bot. I had repair mode set to 2.5 (the manufacturer's set file). When you use the repair mode, it higher the next trade by 2.5 times. Initially, I started with 0.01 pips. It failed. With the repair mode, the next trade was 0.03 pips. It failed. Next trade was 0.06 pips. It failed. The following trade was 0.16 pips. Even that trade failed. Then came another repair mode of 0.39 pips. A failure. After that came 0.98 pips. Now the sweat broke out on my forehead. If that one failed, I would lose 417.90 euros. My luck turned for the better, and I ended up with 250.74 euros. Uff... The repair mode is a death trap! I considered myself a lucky man and stopped using the bot. Results: Without the repair mode, the bot is a loser; with it, the bot is a dethtrap. Reg EPH1
Yep. Agreed with this. From 0.01 to 0.98. If that 0.98 failed, it will wipe out even an initial capital of USD800 to USD1,000.
There is no edge. This is just pure martingale. See image attached for the screenshot from one of his investor account.
The Seller is a scammer. A lot of his bots are the ones doing the comments. Fraudulently bloating his sales by making it seems like a lot of people are buying his product. Stay away from this seller next time. See below examples of bots using exact wordings.

Yeah you are totally right. Actually this seller should be kicked out!
