Hi patrickdrew! Thanks for reaching out. Restea works on any symbol pairs or index, also works on any timeframe. It works even on different gold pairs e.g. XAUJPY, XAUAUD.
Let me know how I can help in setting up Restea for an optimized trading experience.

It would be nice if you had some sets with specific settings for e.g. EURUSD and USDJPY etc. 

Otherwise we have to spend a lot of time finetuning and changing / experimenting with settings ourselves...

I understand you are saying that it can work on all pairs and TF.

BUT the settings have to be changed for each pair surely??

Is the default settings made for M15? I see your inputs have a "Higher TF filter" set for 4 hours where default is 1, etc.....??

I see. Well the settings really depends on how you want Restea to behave and trade.

Personally I mostly trade XAUUSD and BTCUSD and my higher tf filter is 4hours and attach the expert to 15min or 1hr, depends if I want to scalp or day trade on a daily basis.

I just attached to USDJPY M15 with the attached settings set to only open 0.01 LS.

BUT it opened LS 22.56?!?!?!

Yes that is correct. Kindly update your version of Restea I posted an update that fixes lot sizing. 

Ok. Updated and now trading 0.01. 

I am testing default settings (with LS 0.01) on 12 Fx pairs on M15. 

Let us see how it goes.

So this is how the terminal looks. 

The trades now work with 0.01 (after your update).

I have a positive floating (open) balance... but closed -2.5 for today. 

ALL the closed trades are in minus!!

trade losses are normal even bots are no exemptions. Restea is working fine I personally also have my fair share of wins and losses.

Many of the trades start well... go into profit and then end up closing in loss.

I think basically you cannot just apply the same default settings to all pairs!!? 

That's true different pairs requires different settings due to different market volatility and trade volumes. But rest assured that Restea is working well, have you tried enabling trailing stop loss to protect your positions?

That is LITERALLY the EXACT question I have been asking you and you old me it worked fine - WITHOUT sets!! 

Obviously all EA's will work on the charts - the question is will they be profitable. 

Yours is NOT profitable without specific tailored sets - that you do not have. 

This EA does NOT work!

After asking author many times and specific sets for different pairs - and being told that "... rest assured the EA works fine" - here attached are the results of the last 24 hours trading. 

100% loss of trades!!

Author finally agreed that the EA needs tailored sets - but does not have them himself.
