Кратко: В какой валюте ваш счет, в той валюте и указывайте лимит.
Конвертировать в доллары не нужно.
Если счет в Евро, указывайте лимит в Евро (Пример: 4500)
Если счет в Рублях, указывайте лимит в Рублях (Пример: 90000)
Система работает в валюте вашего счета.
