Hello, you just download EA following these instructions:

+ Open your MT4 Terminal.
+ Login your mql5 account on MT4 Terminal.
+ Press Ctrl + T, go to the Market tab and the Purchased tab.
+ You will see the products that you have purchased and then be able to download the product.

BTW, I set SL=200points as I think to test a scalping EA with very tight trail, closing in mostly seconds, the SL should also be close by. 

Anyway, all profits in my IC Markets platform with very low latency - EA performing very well at the moment.

Will try again for another 2 weeks before I go big.

Please make sure you are using MetaTrader 4.

You may have confused it with MetaTrader 5.

Please download and install MetaTrader 4 from your broker. MQL5 has stopped providing MT4 installer, so you always install MT5 even though it shows as MT4.

I recently purchased an Expert Advisor (EA) from the MQL5 Market. I am attempting to run this EA on my MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform, but I encountered an error in the Experts tab of the MT4 Journal/Logs.

The specific error message is:

2025.12.09 10:54:51.955 MQL4 Market: product [126705] not found in the database

I am using an ECN account where the spread under normal conditions is about 3 pips.

In your EA, the default setting for Max Spread is 45 pips.

During backtesting, I noticed that the EA sometimes attempts to trade during periods of high market movement – likely caused by news events – when the spread would probably be much higher than 3.

Since MT4 backtesting cannot simulate variable spreads, what would you recommend as the optimal Max Spread setting for normal trading conditions?

I haven't received answer. The EA no open trade in my account using defaut settings.

Please make sure the EA is installed correctly. Kindly check the following conditions:

* Spread: The current spread must be lower than the Max Spread parameter. Lower spread conditions are preferable.

* Auto Trading & Live Trading: Ensure Auto Trading is enabled and Allow Live Trading is checked in the EA settings. You should see a smiley face in the top-right corner of the chart.

* Correct symbol name: Some brokers use different symbol names, such as GBPUSD, GBPUSD_x, GBPUSD.pro, GBPUSDc, etc.

  A common issue happens when logging into multiple accounts on MT4. For example, Account X supports GBPUSD, but Account Y only supports GBPUSD.c. In that case, an already opened GBPUSD chart may become invalid for the new account.

* Bonus accounts: Accounts with trading bonuses are often restricted from using EAs by the broker.

* Trading permission: The account may be in disabled trading status. Please test this by opening a manual trade.

* Chart messages: Check for any messages or warnings on the chart that may indicate a specific issue.

There are many possible reasons. If the problem persists, please send me a private message with screenshots of your chart and EA settings, and I will review it for you.
