I am getting duplicate trade for open live and close trade

JCT T

I want to say that I really like the MT5 to Notion app. It’s been a game changer for keeping track of my trades and integrating them into my personal trading journal. I’ve been using the app to extract specific information by selecting the data I want and then applying formulas in my journal to calculate net profit/loss.

However, I’ve noticed an issue with trades that involve multiple orders, like when I take partials. The app seems to extract the closing price of the last order as the overall closing price (after taking partials), which causes the net profit/loss calculations to be inaccurate. I’ve attached a PDF that explains the situation in more detail, including examples of how this happens and how I manually adjusted it to match the actual profit of the trade, which resulted in more accurate results.

Additionally, I’m curious if it’s possible to include the state of the order (open, closed, or pending) in the exported data.

Please check the screenshot provided!

I just received a notification saying I've used 8 out of 10 activations. What does this mean?
