i would like a refund for this product. you cant color change the high or the low of the volume profile & the input period doesnt work & only reads 20 periods. also the current timeframe volume profile doesnt reveal any specific information, & there isnt an option to change the value area. there are only 3 different colors but its impossible to differentiate between buying & selling one especially when it doesnt show the POC.

How do you set the range?
In the blurb, it suggests that the range is set at 70%, but can be changed by the user.
