This would be a perfect indicator had it not have fixed height in its programming. The indicator works perfectly but squishes my custom oscillator like a pancake. It'll work forr a while but after several hours it squishes it.

Thanks for that feedback. Curious if you have tried adding Chart Local Time after placing all other indicators on your chart? Adding it as the last oscillator would place it at the bottom below all other oscillators and therefore wouldn't compress/squish down an oscillator below it.

And from your comment, sounds like the oscillator you have which is getting squished is your own custom indicator -- have you seen this happen to any other oscillator? Any others that you've seen get squished down? It'd be good to know as we will try to replicate this problem and look for a fix.

At this time we have no plans to make this for MT5 ... maybe someday, but for now our broker is MT4 only, so our efforts are on MT4 alone.

When I attempt to activate the indicator I receive an error message that there is no app associated with the file. I need instruction on how to installl the indicator. thank you.

Thanks for the inquiry, sorry but there is no current plan to add +15 or +45 time zone feature at this time.

Yes, you can select the time offset from the drop-down selection in the indicator parameters. See attached screenshot showing this. And you can choose a -30 or +30 offset. Review all the options in the drop-down to see them.

That is very interesting as the indicator is only MT4 code, no additional DLLs, and no other requirements. Can you please take a screenshot of the error message and provide that? Thank you.

Are there any other indicators or oscillators on the chart when adding Chart Local Time? Have you tried adding Chart Local Time alone, without other indicators -- that should work fine on its own, please confirm that first. Then adding other indicators or oscillators, one at a time to see where the interaction occurs. Are those other indicators your own custom indicators? It'd be good to know which indicators or oscillators are causing the freeze so we can try to replicate the problem and look for a fix. Thank you

The Chart Local Time indicator works fine on any chart timeframe (M1, M15, H1, D, etc).

The indicator has the option to select a time zone offset in Hours (+4, -6, etc), and option to select offset in 30 minutes (+2.5 hours, -8.5 hours, etc). The indicator does not have an offset of 15 or 45 minutes (such as for Nepal Standard time) as those time zones are very rare. But that does not mean the indicator will not work on a M15 chart.

Sorry to hear that Andrew, I wonder what's in that Trading Box indicator that causes the problem. Yes I'm fine with a refund, but not sure steps for that, I suggest opening a Service Desk ticket and requesting a refund and mentioning that I am OK/approve it.

Chart Local Time, version 2.56 is now available.

Fixed handling special ½ hour time zones, such as India, where the broker time zone offset is only 30 minutes.

Now you can set the Price scale font color to match your selected foreground date color:
Plus a few other minor fixes, such as restoring original color when removing the indicator from the chart.
