I solved the problem myself, this program did not stand up to another indicator.

I have just rented your indicator. Appreciate if you could please help to clarify the following.

If I attach the indicator to say a 5min TF chart it gives the same readings as if I attached it to a  1 hr or 4 hr chart (same pair) - I had assumed that if the indicator was attached to a 5 min TF it would give the strength of that pair based on 5 min TF and if attached to a 4 hr TF it would give different readings based on 4 hr TF

Can you please clarify as I trade off 5 min TF for scalping

The indicator using D1 time-frame data for calculating. So it not show different results for different time-frames.
